Oh how I love Taiwan!

Saw this beautiful scene on my drive to work today. (Actually I see it everytime... and think one day I am going to stop and take a picture! I love things like this... it always reminds me that I am living in a foreign country. Taiwan has been home to me for over 6 years in total. Much of the intial "shock and awe" of the Taiwanese culture/life has faded... then you see things like this and it brings brings it all back. Like the guys who walks his VERY large pig down the "main street" in Taitung or the oxen pulled wagons you see sometimes on the way up the coast or the women with their straw hats in the rice field, or the boys sitting on the side of the road eating chicken feet... I live for these moments... I know I am weird!
