There has been a pack of dogs (20+) wandering around in my neighborhood lately. Nobody seems to care or know what to do about them. It's kindof odd going to work everyday and having to manoeuvre my way through them without getting bit. Last week there was about 30+ chickens running around on the same street. I tried to tell someone at the shop next to them and all the lady said was, "I didn't know that". With no motion to do anyting about it. Oh, Formosa. I love Taiwan.
