Finishing up my third day here at Guanshan Elementary School. Classes have gone really well the last couple of days. I am getting a better handle on it. The kids continue to be cute and funny. I taught sixth grade today and I see great prospect with those students.
Just finished sitting through a 2 hour teacher's meeting which was of course was in Chinese. (Big sigh.) I tried so hard to not fall asleep but I think I did nod off for a couple of minutes. I also had to do a improptu speech. Made it short and sweet!
So ready to go home today! Not looking forward to walking to the train station in this down pour. :( Hope the sun comes out soon.
