Taiwan really has a big stray dog problem. This guy has taken up residence in my building. I have to walk past him everyday. I call him bloodshot for obvious reasons. I don't know why he bothers to wake up every morning. He is about the most pitiful thing I've ever seen.

there was one of those i used to pass all the time back in yuli... we called her scratchy... again for obvious reasons.. poor thing
