Green Island is about an hour ferry ride from FuGang where I used to live (near Taitung). Green Island is best know for it's crystal clear water and excellent snorkling. But add lush green mountains and white sands beaches and you have paradise island. It is the best place for getting away and spending the day swimming and eating fresh seafood. If you come to Taitung for a visit this is definately on the internary. The pictures don't even come close to the beauty of this place.
